VALERIE Valerie is an L.A. native, born and raised right here in Southern California, a product of the city of Whittier. Where her passion for radio came to be, as a So Cal kid, she used to listen to many radio morning shows from Rick Dees to Kevin & Bean on her way to school and being stuck in L.A. traffic.

Valerie pursued an education in radio where she has a degree and learned the ins and outs of the radio business. While in college, she hosted her own radio show on KBPK.

Before coming to Go Country 105, she dipped her toes at a few radio stations in the L.A. area before finding her home at Go Country 105 in May 2007 when she started as a weekend board operator. In 2019, she moved up to production assistant and in 2024 she began also doing traffic reports for the morning show. Currently, she is on-air with Bruce Scott every weekday morning.

Valerie is a mother to two school-age children, a son and a daughter and also has two cats. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her kids. She also enjoys making press-on nails, going to the casino with her boyfriend, camping and spending time with her family.
